Returning the device & materials

Our interviewer will return to collect the device, charger and questionnaire.

The email address you provided will receive an £20 e-voucher within the next 5 working days. If no email was available then the giftcard will arrive within the next 2 weeks having been despatched within 5 working days.

Contact the helpline (0808 238 5400) if you need to rearrange collection.

If you have the unfortunate event of losing your device please let us know as soon as possible on 0808 238 5400 or mobitest@ipsos.com so we can take the necessary steps to deactivate it. 

Finally, if it has been some time since you were due to return the device and you have been unable to catch our interviewer, or have found a lost device, then please let us know on 0808 238 5400 or mobitest@ipsos.com. We will be able to provide a recorded postage envelope to return the device and in return will provide you with an e-voucher upon return.
